  • Allergy / Sensitivity Notice: Individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend reading all ingredients and conducting a patch test prior to full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Consult a qualified dermatologist if you have underlying skin conditions or known allergies.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Currency: All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Processing: Online transactions are processed through secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment aggregators (including PhonePe). By submitting payment, you authorize the payment partner to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
  • Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices, adjust promotional discounts, or correct inadvertent typographical errors without prior notice. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders, Fulfillment & Cancellation

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or SMS indicates that your order request has been received; it does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or limit quantities per person or per order.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch by emailing soldermaofficial@gmail.com. Once a shipment has been processed and a courier tracking number generated, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our return process upon delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries are handled in accordance with our dedicated Shipping Policy.

  • Standard delivery timeframes across India range between 4 to 7 business days following dispatch.
  • Yuvaan Consumer Products will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by courier logistics issues, extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or incorrect shipping address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, with original security seals and packaging intact due to hygiene standards.
  • Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and verification at our warehouse.
